Powdermill Consulting Services is a Melbourne based business management services consultancy, led by Peter Gibson, a seasoned senior executive who has managed multi-national subsidiary companies since 2006. Peter across his career (globally) has been called upon to solve a vast array of organisational operational issues and setting these companies apart from their opposition by developing sustainable competitive advantage.
From sales development and leadership, sales distribution and partnership development, to product and market development and management, and various strategic operations projects (inclusive Manufacturing and Supply Chain) Peter has vast exposure to solutions and problem solving for all occasions.

Peter Gibson - Director
Peter Gibson is a globally experienced Executive Manager, most recently as Managing Director of Pacific Ventilation.
Peter brings with him a proven track record of leadership as a Managing Director of multinational HVAC companies, as well as extensive sales, operations, and marketing experience.
Peter commenced his career as a refrigeration mechanic, rising through the sales ranks and into various leadership roles, including operations management, and global executive managment roles. Having worked both in the domestic market and internationally, Peter is well versed in the benefits provided to customers by having a global company backing, with his focus always in bringing customers solutions to solve their everyday challenges and problems.
A graduate of the Swinburne University of Technology Entrepreneurship & Innovation MBA program, Peter utilises proven leadership skills with over 20 years in the HVAC& R industry. His industry and business knowledge is well-rounded in all areas, from operations, manufacturing to finance to marketing and sales.
